Your load is the actual rate at which your converters are operating. It`s governed by two factors:
The amount of Machinery stored in the module
The amount of input resources available to the module, or the amount of storage for non-dumpable output resources
Many UKS modules require Machinery for the converters to operate. Machinery is slowly consumed and Recyclables produced. Think of this as wear-and-tear on your equipment. Most modules have storage for 2000 Machinery which allows them to realize the workload efficiency above. If, however, the module is lacking Machinery and by default modules typically only have 200 Machinery stored, then the maximum load for converters in that module would be 200 / 2000 = 10% of the workload efficiency above. If your workload efficiency is 250%, your load with only 200 Machinery on board would be limited to 25%. If your workload efficiency is 1250% and you have 1000/2000 Machinery, your load would be limited to 1000 / 2000 * 1250% = 625%. Make sure you have a regular supply of Machinery, or have set up a production chain to make Machinery.
