This release contains the following changes:
-Updated the mod to version 0.25 of Kerbal Space program.
-Added a maximum safe pressure rating to all command pods, landing cans, and probe cores, which is visible in the right-click part details in the VAB. This effectively gates the surface of Eve with certain tech purchases, and adds additional mission diversity to the progression. The values are very rough right now and are only at two levels (the exception being lander cans which are particularly fragile), but I can further refine those down the road. I`ll likely pressure rate other parts in the future as well, add a similar system for Kerbals on EVA, and implement slower failure rather than the current immediate detonation.
-Changed (lowered) where the "low atmosphere" science zone occurs for Jool once again (and I mean *really* lowered it). In order to hit it, you`re going to have to send something *deep* into Jool`s atmosphere, likely past the point of no return, and in combination with the above addition, you will need parts with high pressure ratings to be able to do so.
-Changed the Inline Reaction Wheel back to a 1.25m part since BTSM already has a 0.625m one.
-Changed (reduced) the maximum temperatures on the Modular Girder Adapter, Modular Girder Segement, and Modular Girder Segement XL, as they were way too high before causing these parts to have a tendency to not burn up on reeentry even if they were unshielded.
-Changed (increased) the cost of the Science Jr. to balance it better relative to the other science parts.
-Changed (increased) the cost of the SP-L and SP-W (tech 8) solar panels.
-Fixed a few typos in the Kerbal death penalty messages.
-Removed all strategies due to their potential to unbalance the mod. At present, the administration building will simply not contain any.
-Removed all the new parts in 0.25. Like usual, I want to give myself more time to evaluate their impact on the game and balance them before including them. The priority with this update was simply to get BTSM up and running right in 0.25.
-Removed the impact of the following game settings: starting funds, starting reputation, starting science, funds gain/loss multiplier, reptuation gain/loss multiplier, science gain multiplier, and bypass entry purchase. These options are still present in the settings menu, so you can set them to whatever you like, but they will have zero impact on the game itself. Each of these options would basically break BTSM`s balance, so they`re obviously not reasonable within the context of the mod.
-Removed the ability to transfer crew via the stock method of clicking on hatches, since BTSM already has a more robust system for crew transfers. Unfortunately, I could not figure out a way to suppress the transfer button itself, but any transfers initiated through that method will be cancelled and a message explaining why displayed.
